I helped teams generate requirements and define outcomes by facilitating remote design sprint workshops.

I did both exploratory research as well as usability studies in collaboration with the Product Management and UX Research teams.

I audited and designed potential improvements to large chunks of AAD's Troubleshooting, Security and Application identity functionality.
