Instead of paying users $20 for participating in a usability test (or paying a third-party to hire participants) I strive to build lasting relationships with users in order to get continuous product feedback
I do continuous bite-sized sync and async user interviews and ask tailored questions to uncover their needs and painpoints
I work with the DevRel team to meet our users wherever they may be, from GitHub to in-person conferences
I collect and synthesise all user feedback in raw text and sketches.
The PM and I will then turn that feedback into product outcomes that in turn support our business outcomes
